Rosé wines are made from red grape varieties and through a special fermentation process. Rosé can be defined by color, as a type of intermediate between white and red wine, that is, between wine obtained with maceration and wine obtained without maceration. Its flavor results from the balance between the characteristics of white wine (lightness and smoothness) and red wine (fruit aromas, especially red ones).
